Quantock Horsebox Hire required the ability for customers to check availability of their horse boxes without needing to contact office staff as well as book and pay online, much like other market-leading car and van rental websites.
Using Stripe and Laravel we built a bespoke booking flow that captures the data required for a rental booking as well as handling both booking payments and security deposits. By implementing Stripe’s preauthorisations API we were able to reduce costs of security deposits from 1% to 0%, saving the business considerable costs on every hire.
We produced all content for social media and search engine listings which meant that organic traffic to the website created enough leads to keep them busy, as well as increasing turnover year on year.
We have since been able to offer the same platform to other horsebox hiring businesses across the UK to help them reduce time spent on administrative tasks and to ensure quick and easy payment.
